My purpose is to provide ongoing support and guidance as we explore and define your goals. My intention is to create a warm, nurturing place to foster the growth that is necessary for self-fulfillment. Together, we’ll overcome the obstacles that are holding you back and work to
get you on the right path.
How I Work
I have more than 25 years of experience working from a holistic model of mental well-being. I will provide support that looks at all of you. Your physical, social, and spiritual wellness are vital to your mental health as well as your overall well-being. Being comfortable, healthy, and happy in your life can be difficult to achieve without dedicating time and effort to it. I can help you do that!
There are many different approaches to therapy. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to explore and discuss your history and life experiences. As a client-centered therapist, I will focus on the issues that you would like to resolve. I firmly believe that YOU are the expert of your own life! My role is to provide insight, observations, and
guidance along your journey to self-fulfillment.

The end goal of therapy is a balanced life. A life where you are centered on what you value most, with all other areas of life supporting or fueling that which matters most to you. It’s absolutely possible to achieve and live the life you’ve always wanted!
